These two kids have the most amazing eyes I have ever seen. They are the most beautiful ocean blue, but seem to change hues depending on the light and what they are wearing. Gorgeous! I love the photos from this session. It was a pretty cold and windy day when we went out shooting, but looking at the photos you could never tell. The kids did great!

I love how you can see them relax and start to look much more natural as the session progresses.

I am a huge fan of sibling laughing pictures.

I have a lot of sessions coming up in the next couple of weeks! (Yay!) So today Hailey and I went in search of some different locations. I never wished I had dressed her in something super cute more than I did today. She was giving me some of the best smiles she has in a long time. I don't know if the promise of a Slurpee had anything to do with it or not?

I love everything about these photos. The colors. The big 'ol head bow. The giant catch lights in her eyes. And the model...I also love the model!

My new favorite age to photograph little boys is when they are six years old. Six year olds are ready to pose and all about showing the camera a little bit of attitude. At least the last couple of six year old boys I have photographed are....my own six year old son...not so much. He runs if he sees my camera coming around.

But this soon to be six year old - he was workin' it. And so was his four year old little sister. I have so many pictures I love from this session. I think their Mama is going to have a hard time picking her faves.
